“The first experience of losing someone in your home is especially emotional and can leave you feeling far outside your comfort zone. That was not the case when Chris came to pick up my dad who had been in hospice for 2 weeks and passed. Chris was dressed in a suit at 4:35am: extremely professional, compassionate, and reassuring during such a difficult time. He thoughtfully addressed all of our questions, asked the necessary ones, and handled the transport of my dad with great care. He was so helpful and transparent & suggested that if we wanted to keep the cost down we would involve them as little as possible in the planning. Communication throughout the entire process was exceptional, and they made everything clear and comforting for our family. Everyone we worked with was excellent at their job. Serenity was our funeral director, and she was both efficient and genuinely compassionate throughout the process.
