She was so helpful and compassionate from the very beginning. Everyone there went above and beyond to ensure our baby made it their safe and kept Me updated the entire process. They provided these services completely free for our miscarriage, I will be forever thankful for them during this difficult process. It was the perfect venue for the event. I was skeptical and was lobbying to have the event held elsewhere as I thought it would feel generic or cold. I was absolutely wrong. The staff and the facility couldn't have been nicer. They are very professional and made hosting his event almost effortless. They were also very responsive, sympathetic and accommodating on the day my dad died. He passed away in a Milwaukee hospital and it was New Year's day. I was very impressed with how well coordinated they were given that it was a holiday...and a Sunday. Great job.”
