“I went with the New Berlin location for my mom because several years prior they did the funeral for my father in law and did a very nice job. They did an exceptional job with my mom. They were very helpful with making the arrangements and up front with the pricing. No pushy sales or unnecessary upgrades, they did offer professional, helpful suggestions. They did a beautiful job preparing my mom for the viewing. I was very impressed by the amount of attention to detail they gave to the whole event. Everything went smoothly from the funeral home, to the church, to the cemetery and burial. The package they gave afterwards with the memorial book and thank you cards also included photos of the floral arrangements that were sent and displayed, which I thought was a very nice touch, giving a nice, lasting memory of the flowers. I highly recommend the Krause New Berlin location. They have an outstanding staff there.”

“Krause made what could have been a very tough and trying experience effortless and smooth. From notifying them of the death via their 24 hour phone service to meeting with the funeral director and setting up the remembrance ceremony and internment, everyone worked to make the entire experience as painless as possible. All their employees were the very definition of professional, and went above and beyond on multiple occasions. For example, I asked them for a particular type of music for the viewing, and they picked just the right songs out of the artists' catalog; nothing too somber nor anything too jarring. The onsite chapel was perfect for the actual funeral service, with good lighting and an excellent sound system such that every word was completely intelligible to everyone in the room and a choir singing in the back sounded great with no strange echoes or other audio artifacts. They also seamlessly arranged for military honors with a gun salute as the deceased was a honorably discharged US Army veteran. Of note is that all services had been prepaid by the decedent, further making the entire process effortless from start to finish. We only had to select designs for a memory candle and prayer cards. Given the innumerable details that must be attended to following a death, it was a comfort to know the professionals at Krause had everything in hand and would not be a source of concern. I hope you don't need their services anytime soon, but if you do, I couldn't possibly recommend Krause more highly.”
