What families have said

“My sweet dog passed away and his veterinary doctor, Dr Robyn at Riverview Vet in St. Clair, arranged for Young's Funeral Home to cremate his remains. The vessel that I received his ashes in is absolutely beautiful. They returned him to me in about a week, which was much quicker than I expected. Thank you for caring for my pet with as much love as I gave him. And it was very affordable.”
“They treat you with respect and dignity but most of all they treat you like a person. They listen and understand you as a family and a person. Steve was a joy to sit with in the dark time our family is in and left us with a great impression of the funeral home.”
“My dad died 3 years ago and they did an excellent job. They were very attentive, compassionate and reasonably priced. We have gone to many funerals and all of them used Youngs. This is a good experience in a stressful time.”
“Nolan and the staff were so compassionate and caring and gentle when they came to pick up our 10 year old boxer. Thank you so very much.”
“The people at the pet crematorium were amazing! Answered my call at 3am on a Tuesday morning after I’d lost my cat (on my birthday) and walked me through the steps. Very compassionate, very understanding. Was explained that I would be picking up my baby’s ashes from the funeral home. The one star review comes from whoever I had contacted to pick up the ashes when I was able to. Seemed bothered that I had called him to begin with. Told me that I wouldn’t be able to get the ashes (at 4 pm on a Sunday) and I would have to wait until tomorrow. I explained to him that I live a drive away and have a hectic work schedule, and he still offered no option. Just my opinion, but that’s not a good look to a grieving customer who has already paid. Get out of the deathcare business if you’re going to be anything less than a ray of light during difficult times for people. I called the crematorium, and the man working there was able to get me my pet’s ashes, with ease. Not sure who peed in the cheerios of this dude at the funeral home itself, but if he gave me the much of a headache when I lost my fur baby, I’d hate to see how he’d make me feel if it was a special person that I were grieving.”
