The service was great, it was clean, everyone was nice and friendly. Although, one of the couches, particularly the one on the left of the pew from the entrance of the room, seemed to have at least a tiny infestation of bed bugs. Still an amazing place and if they can get rid of the apparent bedbugs, if they are from the funeral home itself, would make it much much better. Still 5 stars since service and everything was just amazing.

I have deleted and now I am updating my previous review. My niece has to plan a funeral for her 23 year old son. Her devastation is inexplicable, her life will never be the same This is her first born, a boy she raised to become a remarkable man who loved and respected her in return. There have been a remarkable amount of people reaching out in some way or other to express how much he meant to them and even moreso there has been an innumerable amount of people that hadn't seen him since school or barely knew him or that he has only met briefly that are reaching out to express their condolences. The pain of losing a loved one is always difficult and emotions tend to run at max level but the pain of losing a loved one who was only 23 years old is indescribable. In any business or profession mistakes and/or miscommunication can not entirely be avoided no matter how dedicated people are because we are people. My particular complaint could have easily been ignored or downplayed. I expected my niece to get a half hearted apology or for the blame to be redirected elsewhere. Either of those would have been the easier way to address the issue. This evening I was pleasantly pleased to learn that not only was the problem resolved but that it was generously resolved and for that I wanted to express my gratitude as quickly and efficiently as I expressed my disappointment. Thank you

Incredible people that have helped our family through many difficult times. Everyone you deal with is great, but Ron is incredibly helpful & kind and has a calming presence that puts everyone at ease. He helps in every way possible that he can. We really appreciate all that they do for the community.

We had the WilsonSchrammSpaulding team take care of the funeral arrangements for my younger brother Kevin who passed away suddenly. We could not have been more pleased. Ron and the team did an exceptional job. They answered question after question. Ron treated us like a member of his own family. He simply could not have done a better job. Ron cared for my brother like he was his own. Ron Spaulding made a very difficult time for us much easier. We had Ron and his team work with us when my Mom passed away a number of years ago. He is the reason we came back and he did not disappoint. I simply would not recommend anyone other than Ron and the WilsonSchrammSpaudling team for those who have similar needs. They are exceptional people, who care. Kent, Nancy, Robert Bruggeman

How honors are coordinated

Military funeral honors are guaranteed at no cost for any veteran discharged under conditions other than dishonorable. The funeral home arranges the honors detail by contacting the deceased's last unit or the nearest active-duty installation of the appropriate branch and submitting the DD-214 to verify eligibility.

For requests less than 72 hours from service time, families can call the Department of Defense's expedited honors line at 1-877-MIL-HONR (1-877-645-4667). See the full honors protocol.
