“Williamson Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Services, On behalf of my family, I want to extend our deepest and most sincere gratitude for the kindness, compassion, and understanding you showed us during one of the most difficult times in our lives—the loss of our precious granddaughter, who was just a year and three months old. Your support during that painful transition brought us comfort and peace that words can hardly express. The respect and empathy shown by your entire staff did not go unnoticed. You gave us more than just assistance—you gave us the reassurance that we were not alone. In moments when the weight of grief felt unbearable, your understanding made all the difference. We are forever grateful for your patience, your professionalism, and most of all, your human kindness. With heartfelt thanks, Calvin Scruggs & Family”

Kim can be trusted & she treats you the way she wants to be treated. Kim never treats anyone like a transaction. Kim truly cares!!”
“My family was exhausted and grieving from my husband's quick but excruciating fight with cancer. We had prepaid for our funerals but there were still decisions to be made, and we hardly had the energy to make them. Everyone at Williamson Memorial was so kind, so compassionate, and so understanding of our situation--and this family's quirks. They really went the extra mile in accomodating our needs and wants, such as making sure I had a stool with a back on which to sit as I greeted our friends, and gently lending a steady arm for me to hold onto when walking to the gravesite. They also had a very useful folder for us after the funeral which contained lists of things to take care of (such as notifying the credit bureaus to guard against fraud) and the order in which to do them. We had tried to be prepared but there were things we didn't think of--but they did. Williamson Memorial is a hometown, old Franklin institution, and it shows. I highly recommend their services. Oh, and I especially want to thank Sarah. She stepped in when our assigned helper had to have surgery and did it seamlessly although it technically wasn't her area. We appreciate you!”
“Visiting a cemetery should bring peace and comfort… but it is far from that. We expressed concerns after seeing the cemetery on Mothers Day, and it Will looked the same for Fathers Day. The grounds were completely overgrown, with weeds overtaking the mulch beds and trash bins overflowing. It felt like those buried here have been forgotten. My loved one deserves better than this. Every person here does. This is sacred ground, not just another property to ignore. It’s incredibly painful to see such neglect in a place that should be treated with care, respect, and dignity. I truly hope the people responsible take this seriously and restore some honor to this place.”
“Our experience at Williamson Memorial could not have been better. Brandi and the entire team took excellent care of our family. I was dreading the process based on previous experience in another state, but was very pleased with how simple, transparent and honest the process was. I cannot recommend them enough!”
