“I can’t emphasize enough how much Wheeler Funeral Home has done for me and my family over the past few months. My fathers passing left me traumatized and in a very dark place. From start to finish (and beyond), Justin and Elizabeth have gone above and beyond to assist, guide, support, and inform so that everything was perfect. Each member has displayed the highest levels of dignity, respect, and graciousness in their interactions and services provided. They have been the light during these dark times. Trying to plan services while grieving the loss of a parent is difficult, but the compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail that they provided helped ease that burden tremendously. I didn’t know where or how to start and they really facilitated the entire process with ease. They made themselves available, provided options, and were accommodating to all requests made. They truly made sure that things were taken care of and that all wants and needs were provided for in a timely and proper manner. With their kindness, generosity, and suggestions, I felt as though I was able to honor my father and his wishes in the ways he would have wanted. I know he was in the best hands and that they took exceptional care of him. It is one thing to do a job or provide a service, but what they offer is more than that. There is a lot of heart in the people who make up this team and that is something many places can’t teach or offer. It sets them apart. Since my fathers passing, I have been contacted periodically by various staff to see how I’m doing, if I need anything, and most recently today, to simply let me know that I was being thought of as they honored my father for his birthday. It’s the little things that really make the biggest difference… but from big to small, Wheeler Funeral Services covers it all. I can’t recommend them enough. My family and I are impressed and deeply touched by the personable nature and thoughtfulness provided by Justin and the team. We thank you ALL so very much for everything that you have done for us and for everything that you continue to do for us. 🤍”
“Ben and Elizabeth and their team were so accommodating, helpful, and informative during a very sad and stressful time. I can’t thank them enough for how kind, caring, and organized they were. Their patience and hospitality went a long way, and we appreciate it so much. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone who is need of their services.”
“Justin was so great to work with. He is caring, helps to guide you, empathetic, and as honest as you can be. He helped me through the whole process, he checked in on a regular basis to see how I was doing, and he worked with me when I changed things from what we originally agreed upon. He got a check back from one of the papers that we put the obituary in because we sent them too much. He called me about it and reimbursed all of it. I would highly recommend working with Justin and Wheeler funeral Home.”
“They were very helpful from the time I contacted them until the end. I would recommend this funeral home to any buddy and every buddy. They help right from the start to the end. They help very much. Thank you very much.”
“I was helped through a very difficult time with patience and sympathy.”
