“Knowing our mother wanted to rest in Gate of Heaven cemetery, we decided to check out the funeral home right across the street. The staff at Weil Kahn were very accommodating right from the start. They made the whole process very easy. We made the plans prior to my mother's passing so when it came time, Weil Kahn stepped right into action and took care of everything. Helen was our point of contact and worked directly with us to make sure all our intentions were met, even throughout the service. Our family was very pleased with the outcome. We highly recommend them.”
“Colbie was amazing! Helping me with every step of the way. Beautiful service in a lovely funeral home.”
“Dealing with a death of a loved one is never easy and always difficult and hard. I typically don’t write reviews but I feel I must for this funeral home experience. Over the years living in Cincinnati I attended many funerals and for the most part they were all “OK”. Not Weil Kahn Funeral Home. From the moment you meet them whether it be in person or on the phone, you are treated as a family member. They are attentive to all your needs and wants. From the outstanding attention to details early on to the day of our mother’s service and beyond. They help you with the transitioning through this hard process making it very easy and comforting as it should be. They also help with suggesting things you may not even be thinking about if you need them to. Their compassion and understanding goes way above the other funeral homes in the area. My mother was four months shy of turning 95 and I have to say, she looked better than she did in real life!! In the past I have worked on other family members who have passed, with their makeup and hair to prepare them for their final earthly goodbye. My mother knew this and had requested that I do her hair, makeup and nails. Weil Kahn was gracious enough to allow me to give my mother the look and gift of her lifetime. This was her final earthly debut. They prepared her base structure perfectly! She wasn’t “sunken in” and fake looking like other funeral homes do. My mom looked like a sleeping Angel. Helen couldn’t have been more helpful. There was nothing this home wouldn’t do for you. After working with them, I trust no other place with my loved one’s. I highly recommend Weil Kahn Funeral Home as the answer to your prayers and your loved one’s peaceful transition to their next adventure. I am adding a photo of my Mother in her younger adult days as well as my final pictures of her resting in peace. She passed away June 14th, 2025. You can see for yourself how beautiful she looked. I know in my heart my mom was smiling from above. This has given me such peace and happiness. The funeral home has even continued to reach out by text to me to see if I need any help in dealing with my loss. Again, this is over and beyond what I have experienced from other homes in the area. Thank you Weil Kahn for giving my family and I a memorable goodbye until we meet with my mother again. ❤️”
“Weil Hahn Funeral Home took such wonderful care of my family after my dad passed. From start to finish, they handled everything with kindness and professionalism. They arranged the cremation, posted the obituary, took care of death certificates, and walked me through every step. They never made me feel overwhelmed or like I was asking “silly” questions, and they kept things simple and stress-free during a really hard time. I am so grateful for the compassion they showed and the way they made us feel supported and taken care of.”
“We’ve used Weil Kahn funeral home and have always had an excellent experience while planning our loved one’s funerals. Always helpful, courteous, and made the difficult times easier.”
