My brother was killed in Tulsa Oklahoma so his body had to be transported back home and Tulsa was slooooowwww. Synetra Deloach, the director was so extremely patient with constant follow up and tracking of what they were doing. Her kind spirit and beautiful smile was so comforting and warm to us every step of the way. When my brother came home, Walkers had to take care of him and when I tell you it look like my brother was asleep in his casket. He looked EXACTLY like himself. “I wish I could give no stars My brother had his service here and let’s just say they do under handed work 1 my brother marriage certificate only showing his past marriage nothing for the so called new marriage I looked up the marriage system 2 y'all know they wasn’t really married and you still allowed her to take over Funural arrangement over my mothers living body 3 my living mother still don’t have her son ashes because they gave the rights to the wrong person to keep the ashes Somebody better fix they mistakes before I take legal actions my mother deserves her son she’s who was Next in kin”

“The owner displayed good communication skills and kept me informed of updates, I made several changes and she was very accommodating to them. She forgot a couple of things, but she apologized for them. The owner is very nice, professional, and humble. We were pleased with how my Mom looked.”
