Staff was very helpful during our time of sorrow. They were professional and caring through each set and after the cremation. Thank you especially Erin who was most helpful

Contacted Valley memorial when my mother passed away in March, they assisted me through the process with kindness and understanding. Kess was a huge help through it all as I was very emotional. They sent me a photo of my mom before cremation as I requested which was helpful in my grieving process. I recommend.

My family and I were very graciously treated during time of loss and sorrow. This was the second funeral they have assisted me with. Both times great care and understanding were delivered. The funeral director Kess was extremely helpful and patient with us during this tumultuous time. Being just prior to the Christmas holidays she worked out everything in a timely manner and made everything come together taking several things off our hands. I could have asked for anything more. Valley Memorial staff were all great to work with. I would highly recommend them in your time of loss. They have great empathy for you and understand what you are dealing with. Warren B Speer

Communication suck. Email goes unanswered. Called and leave voicemail multiple times and no return calls. I just have to keep calling until i get transferred to someone.

I highly recommend NOT using this place for final departure of your loved one’s. They will give your loved one to random people that have no rights to your loved one. Now our loved one is sitting in a trash can because this funeral home gave our loved one to a person with every evil intentions. The funeral home director was notified of the threat of this happening, but still continue to proceed to give our loved one to this person and now our loved one is sitting in a trashcan all because the funeral director went against what they promised, my husband. The funeral director told my husband over the phone that she would hold onto his mom until he made it into town (we live a whole state away) so he can pick you up.

How honors are coordinated

Military funeral honors are guaranteed at no cost for any veteran discharged under conditions other than dishonorable. The funeral home arranges the honors detail by contacting the deceased's last unit or the nearest active-duty installation of the appropriate branch and submitting the DD-214 to verify eligibility.

For requests less than 72 hours from service time, families can call the Department of Defense's expedited honors line at 1-877-MIL-HONR (1-877-645-4667). See the full honors protocol.
