“For such a sad occasion to have to bury someone, the team at Thompson, Hall, and Jordan located in Forest Park on Winton Rd. provided exceptional service. The team that participated in some way to make my family comfortable during this trying time was, Lauryn T., Ashley W., Deanna R., and Teresa C. With compassion, they cared for us from the first meeting through the normal navigation process to the grave. They handled all of the paperwork and offered suggestions when we were clueless. Their ongoing service did not end with the burial. I was able to call back with more questions. Most of them, they could answer right away. Any they had to research, was done in a reasonable amount of time, and reported back to me promptly. Although my family and I missed many of the deadlines in the plan, the staff never chided us about it. They continued to serve the family with dignity and respect.”
