Not only once, but TWICE in less than two months for both of our family members. From the moment we walked through their doors, we felt supported and understood. Every detail of the service was handled with grace and sensitivity. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our loved one was honored in a way that truly reflected who they were. We ran out of the memorial packets and they immediately printed more, my son’s picture was misplaced that he wanted to place in his uncle’s casket and they were quick to print out a paper copy for me, it came out black and white and she immediately ran back to her computer to print it in color then come find me in the crowd of family and friends to give it to me. That truly meant the most to me. They were patient, attentive, and always available to answer questions or offer guidance. The space was peaceful and beautifully maintained, creating a comforting environment for family and friends to gather and remember. We especially appreciated how they accommodated our personal touches and helped us create a meaningful tribute. “Thomason funeral home was incredibly helpful, kind and patient with us during the loss of my grandfather. As anyone is during a time of loss, you can’t think straight sometimes. We felt no pressure to hurry and make a decision. Everything was explained, help whenever needed was offered. We will definitely be coming back to Thomason funeral home in the future. Sara was my first point of contact and very kind. Mr. Reeves walked me through all my options in laying my grandfather to rest with a very transparent breakdown of cost which I appreciated. Lastly, saying goodbye to my grandfather for the last time, he looked like himself, like the grandpa I knew & loved. I had just gone through laying my brother in law to rest in NY, with a different funeral home and was sad to see that he didn’t look like himself & I realize things like that maybe out of one’s control but I do appreciate the efforts made with my grandfather.”
