“As sad as this experience is to begin with, we couldn't have asked for a better partner to lay our mom to rest. When they came to pick her up, they told me to take all the time I need before they took her. They explained everything they were doing as they took her out. They told me to call them even that night if i needed them or had any questions. They kept in contact with my sister who lives out of state and I during the process, again not rushing us. When we meet to make arrangements, they made room for all 11 of us as well as a service dog and Ben as well as the others made sure we got what we wanted for a special send off for my mom. That continued when I went early to spend some time with mom before the service. They kept checking on me to make sure I didn't need anything. They paid attention to details to make the service exactly what we wanted. And at the graveside, Hunter stayed and talked to us as we stayed during burial. We could not have asked for a better experience for our mom and us!”
