“My family has used the superb, excellent and extremely professional services of Thomas G. Smith Funeral Home as long as they have been in business!!! He and his (bless her soul) deceased wife, Lisa had a passion for their vision for this business! God blessed and anointed it! The quality of service remains top notch. The warmth, compassion, love, sympathy and empathy they share with families compares to none!!! From the "Awesome workmanship" that Mr. Smith displays in preparation of the deceased to the excellent, professional work ethics of his staff are "1st Class" HANDS DOWN!!! I Can't say enough! My family Highly RECOMMENDS! God bless!”
“I have used this business more times that I care to mention and eventhough it was under horrible circumstances, I loved the experience. I shared with Mr. Smith personally, that the respect and dignity to which he gives families is uncomparable. Highly recommend anyone who, unfortunately, has to prepare funeral services for a loved one to have a conversation with Mr. Thomas G. Smith.”
“My mother requested this Funeral Home for her final arrangements here on earth. They had embalm my mother incorrectly. So she was left looking as if her jaws was pack with rocks or cotton balls all on the side of her face. And fluids was leaking from her neck, so I had to buy a scarf to go around her neck so that the fluids will not leak unto her dress before her services. I would not recommend this Funeral Home to no one. I also reported them.”
“Please chose elsewhere for the sake of your peace of mind during the passing of a loved one. Also note negative reviews who tell a true story of their experience working with this funeral home have been removed. They have room to improve and better service grieving family members and their community but it doesn’t appear they want to take the required accountability to do so. Losing someone is hard, this facility may just make that harder.”
“Thomas was very rude to myself and the grieving family regarding not upholding the price of a preneed. There was no need for his tone and wording to a grieving family. He could have explained the situation politely and worked out the new pricing with us respectfully. We were aghast at the way he spoke to us. I do not know how someone like this can be in this business treating people like this on possibly the worst day of their life. Shame on you,”
