“On one of the hardest days was losing my grandfather And not getting to be by my family’s side during those first few days but Heather instantly became someone I trusted. Even though I was in California I was able to communicate with her until I got there and during those few days she was the biggest support system for my grandmother and my mother. She was so compassionate and worked so hard to make sure everything we wanted was perfectly executed. Even though she didn’t know my grandfather she listened and learned about his life and wanted to make sure my grandfather was honored the way any military man should be. I honestly don’t know if we would have made it through all of it without her. Her kindness, empathy, and warm heartedness helped us through it all. During that time she wasn’t just a staff member doing her job she felt like family. I am forever grateful for Heather and highly recommend asking for her! You will be supported during your difficult time and that’s so important. Thank you Heather from the bottom of my heart!”
“When my wife Shirley died we settled on Animal family funeral home. We were told how good they were. We are 100% pleased with them. They worked with the insurance for the Funeral payment. They were very professional very cordial. Very understanding they met every request we had and helped us plan the funeral. It was a beautiful service couldn’t ask for a better bunch of people to work with. Before during and after the funeral, they helped us in many ways we use them again. God bless them.”
“Heather Leverett was compassionate, thorough, attentive to details, and easy to work with. We would recommend the funeral home and particularly Heather without any reservation.”
“The funeral of a loved one is always stressful. As my son noted, “You don’t get much time to plan them.” The team at Hamill was great to work with. Carefully explained options, no pressure, good support, gentle follow-up. Definitely a five-star experience despite the sad reason.”
“Everyone was so compassionate towards us. They treated us as if we were the only ones there. And that we were the most important.”
