“I recently met with Eunice and Alan when a friend's 16 years old child was being buried here. It was an incredibly difficult time. But Eunice and Alan were so patient, compassionate, professional. I was so touched by how much they knew about Chinese culture to make sure families feel good that their loved ones are blessed by all the good Karma. ---- Above was written in 2019. Since then, I come here every February to visit my friend's child. I always want to check in at the office to see Eunice and Alan. It always touches me that Eunice remembers the child's name, remembers my connection to the child. Their warm smile, calm and soothing demeanor carry that genuine love and care for people in this world and next. Today, Eunice gave me her golden rabbit statue because it is Chinese New Year time. I am very touched. Thank you, Eunice, for bringing love and care to a sad occasion. --- Feb 4th 2026. I saw Eunice and Alan again today. It was so good to see them again. They both looked healthy and fulfilled. I learned Alan is a well established speaker in many countries for his work. The snow on the hill is still one foot deep. Alan was kind enough to ask his staff to clear the snow to allow me to walk up to visit my friend's child. I am very touched. Coming to the cemetery always has a sad reason, but every time I leave here, my heart is filled with warmth and appreciation. In Eunice and Alan's smiles, I see how meaningful their work is. Thank you for the golden horse for another Chinese New Year, Eunice.”
““The Gardens” is where my Amazing 92 year old Dad was put to rest recently, joining my Mom who passed away 2 1/2 years ago and grandparents many years ago. The compassion, empathy, understanding and love given at one of the most difficult times was highly delivered and we are all extremely grateful and no words could truly express that. Thank you Allen, Eunice and Rob from the bottom of our hearts. The Taeger Family”
“My father and grandmother are buried here. Beautiful resting place. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. It's just beautiful and peaceful.”
“Alan, Eunice and Rob are the kindest and most compassionate people in this business. I bought a plot from Alan 10 years ago. The garden has good fengshui and Alan and his team has taken great care to make this a peaceful resting place. Last Sunday I buried my father. I called from the hospital and was immediately received kindly by Rob. The next day my husband and I went over to the Gardens to discuss the details. Alan always displays his warm smile, big heart, and keen sense of people and their needs and wants, not to mention a tech and social media savvy person. He is a kindred spirit also a smart business person. His wife Eunice is the same nicest person and on the day of the burial, she brought Chinese toss paper and others for us to burn. She guarded us through the proceedings according to Chinese custom. Knowing that my loved ones are under the care of these two amazing human beings are such a comfort.”
“We had the most amazing experience with the Gardens team - Alan & Eunice. Words can't express how beautiful and peaceful the location is and what a professional and hospitable atmosphere the Gardens team provides for families. Alan & Eunice were with us during every step of the planning process and made us have a pleasant experience during our difficult and somber time. Thanks so much Gardens team for all the support you show to your families, we greatly appreciate it!”
