“I cannot thank Abigail and her staff enough for their kindness, care and help with my Moms funeral. I went in by myself, thinking “How is this possible… how is my mom no long here… How am I going to be able to plan a service good enough to honor her!” Abigail and her witty funny personality made me feel comfort and relax and she helped make the process so easy. She took as much time as I needed, listening to me rattle on about my Mom. If you have a need I definitely recommend Springfield Memorial Funeral home.”
“My wife and I attended a memorial service for a close friend's husband. We used the flower service provided through the funeral home which upon our arrival from eight hrs away was extremely disappointing and embarrassing. We had purchased a small arrangement that stated: small Spathiphyllum (first photo). What we saw when we arrived was something entirely different (second photo). The plant looked like it was from the local convenient store with some browning on the tips and several leaves cut to remove bad portions. The site does state if they can't provide the flowers chosen they will provide on of equal or greater value. There's no way this is of equal value. Extremely disappointed to say the least. UPDATE: Derek from Flower Express reached out immediately to sincerely address my concerns and he is currently working on an agreeable form of compensation. I'll complete my update as the situation progresses.”
“The staff at Springfield Memorial Gardens have the perfect balance between personalism and still making you feel like family. The manager has the building as warm and comfortable as possible, giving the circumstances. The staff also showed the upmost respect for my loved ones.”
“I was driving on Anderson lane at the merge when a flower van from this company spend up from behind me, drove around me, cut me off and then served intentionally toward me to try and run me off the road. You would think someone who works for a funeral home would have better respect for the sanctity of human life than to recklessly and intentionally try and crash another vehicle. If this is the type of people this company employs, I’d look elsewhere.”
“Shared sensitive information with others. Very unethical. Have called twice and emailed and a manager never returned my call or email. Do not recommend.”
