Everyone treated me like they cared and had sympathy for me. Everyone from the director, to the assistant, to the one that makes the funeral programs, to the one that does the eulogy, was on point with making sure that everything ran smoothly. Shann is a wonderful addition to their team. She has excellent customer service. I don't usually write reviews, but I would recommend their services.”
