“We have had arrangements from our family for years. Mark Noll is such a nice man who cares about you and your family. He knows exactly how to conduct a funeral and will meet your needs. Thank you so much Mark for your excellent service to families”
“I decided to wait a year before posting this to make sure it’s what I wanted but after a year, my heart still hurts when I think about my mom’s funeral so I need to get this off my chest. This is not where I would have picked but it’s where my mother wanted her service so my sister and I respected her wishes. So many weird details went wrong and were never corrected that I wish I had spoken up about. They asked me for 7 songs (such a specific number) for my mother’s funeral. I still burn CDs so I should have made it but I let them handle it as they said they’d take care of it all. They asked me for 7 songs but only put 4 on the CD. They cut 3 without asking me and 2 of them were more important than some that they picked. Also two songs were skipping the entire viewing. I was annoyed but focused on the hoardes of people I had to fake smile at. I assumed someone would swoop in and change the CD but once the viewing started the staff disappeared. Music was very important to my mom. I didn’t know who to turn to when someone my mother wouldn’t have wanted at her viewing showed up with her fake (admitted) service dog or what to do when a group I allowed to sing one song turned into three songs, one worse than the next. I’m not gonna lie and give them 1 star because the entire thing wasn’t awful, but I would not want this funeral home handling my services. I understand that at any wedding, funeral, or other big event there will be mistakes and things that go wrong but these were all incredibly preventable and fixable things that just went ignored. That’s just the truth.”
“The best of the best! Noll is our go to place for the entire family! They treat you like family and will do “whatever you need”. So kind and easy to talk to, can’t thank you enough for how easy you made this entire process! Danielle T.”
“Mark, Alex and team are amazing. even almost 2 years after my daughters passing, they don't forget a face. They treated us like family and made us feel so comfortable in a sad situation.”
“Was there for a close family friend. The people, from the interactions I had, seemed very nice and had everything under control. The facility was nice, some parts a bit dated, specifically within a funeral home capacity (it’s not meant to be new and flashy), with 2 slumber rooms. These could easily be connected for 2 large room just by opening a few doors. The outer wall seating was a bit hard, could use some new padding and possibly new fabric. Hope you are never in the need for this review, but from what I could tell they do a very good job.”
