“Mullins Funeral Home recently handled the cremation/funeral arrangements for my dad. We had the privilege of working with Kayla, who was kind, caring, respectful and professional at every step of the way. While some of my dad's arrangements had been previously determined, there were so many nuances to the process that my mom, my brother and I had not planned for - questions not anticipated, decisions not made. And, yet with the expert guidance (and patience!) of Kayla, we were able to create a service and arrangements that were not only a loving tribute to my dad, but one that he would have approved of as well as they stayed true to his wishes. Every staff member we encountered (office staff, parking attendants, other directors - absolutely everyone!) treated us with the utmost respect and kindness. “I have attended Mullins multiple time with various family members but this week I and my aunt had to arrange my fathers burial. From the moment I walked in till today when they placed my dads ashes in the ground my dads remains and my family were treated with the upmost respect. I was able to be involved in all aspects of the services and I was even allowed to assist with the burial process. That was very comforting to me. I definitely recommend Mullins. “I have had several family members to have their funeral services here. I (along with my step-dad and sister) chose to have my mothers service in this facility. Our experience could not have been any better! ****There are two Mullins Funeral homes that are completely owned and managed seperate of eachother. Make sure you are reading and writing the reviews for the correct facility. I know of at least one negative review that was meant for the other funeral home with the same name. Unfortunately, not everyone goes back and corrects their mistakes**** I have had to make contact with Mullins a few times over my mothers final affairs. Wether it be a phone call needing a question answered or in person to have something faxed and/or copied. Each time they have always taken care of my needs. Even though I have "dropped in" knowing there was no current service going on. I highly recommend them if you want professionals and welcoming smiles in your time of sorrow.”
