“We just finished up the memorial for my sweet 89 yr old mother in law yesterday. Years ago she purchased a package from Florida Memorial. I have to admit I thought that was odd but I can now see exactly why she did! She definitely streamlined the process for her family. Florida Memorial staff were absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish! From flowers, food, moms makeup, care and etc. They remained on top of things and the staff stepped up constantly before and during the actual service. Beatrice, LaShaundra and every staff member were just so kind and positive. Even the sweet receptionist that had to take many of my calls and knew me by name was a pleasure each time I called.
