“Lawrence funeral home was detailed, knowledgeable, and easy. we used Elliott and Lawrence within a year and well, Elliott is out of business now ( that should be a clue) I wouldnt use their sister/ merging companies. But Lawrence was great. They did a better job and was cheaper the Elliott. Will use them again in the future. Hopefully not to soon though.”
“We were very impressed with the patience, kindness, and professionalism of Owen Millette and Steve Smith at Lawrence Funeral Home following the death of my grandmother. They went above and beyond to support us in preparations for her funeral, as well as assisting my family in obtaining needed information to process certain documents. We remain very thankful to them in such an emotional and vulnerable time in our lives. Thank you very much!”
“Everyone there was nice, polite and courteous. They didn’t pressure me into anything, I was given many options and everything was done by my choice. I would strongly recommend this funeral home.”
“They were professional but also personal. I can't say enough good things about the way we were treated.”
“Professional, but expensive. All are though.”

Military funeral honors are guaranteed at no cost for any veteran discharged under conditions other than dishonorable. The funeral home arranges the honors detail by contacting the deceased's last unit or the nearest active-duty installation of the appropriate branch and submitting the DD-214 to verify eligibility.
For requests less than 72 hours from service time, families can call the Department of Defense's expedited honors line at 1-877-MIL-HONR (1-877-645-4667). See the full honors protocol.
