“They are really attentive and kind. My mom purchased a funeral plan in 2008. She passed away 7/4/25. They honored the cost at which she paid in 2008 (about a 2500+ difference) without saying a word about "not making much money on this you know" as stated in previous reviews. Thomas, the funeral director, is very personable and empathetic. Although what my family wants versus what my mom paid for is different, they handled it very professionally.”
