“Where to start. My father passed on Sept 14th and his funeral was held on the Sept 19th. My family contacted Krowicki McCracken that Sunday night cause my cousin had also used this funeral home for my aunt. We got in contact with director Alvin Chan and he was a God sent. He was considerate and truly comforting and compassionate, always answered any questions we had right away whether by txt or call. Made the process seamless at such a truly heartbreaking and stressful time for my mom and family. The funeral home is beautiful venue and catered to all needs for small to large families. The staff, Alvin and his colleagues did a wonderful job from presenting my father, the service and catering to all of my family needs. We couldn’t be any more happier at this time of sadness of how the entire service and process went. On behalf of me and the Lee family we are truly grateful. Thank you everyone.”
“On May30, 2025 I had the honor to collaborate and fundraise for one amazing cause Alzheimer’s research at the Union senior center. . Dance for the Cause! Was a swinging hit and profitable day of charity and love!! Although I have serviced the senior center for many years., this time I was invited by one very articulate, kind hearted and most knowledgeable funeral directors in the Union area Mr. Matthew Marini. As I have know Matthew for many years from coming into HOLLYWOOD memorial park, and Cemetery for which I have aided family close to a decade. This was the first time Matthew and I joined forces to help our community in a different capacity.. it was a wonderful turn out and a most successful event! Thank you Matthew for doing what you do you truly make a difference!!! I throughly enjoyed watching you in action dancing the Hoky Poky and YMCA with Our Seniors!! You made thier day and mine!! Looking forward to the next event and raising awareness and some more smiles!!”
“My husband and I recently made our funeral pre-arrangements with Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home, and we had a wonderful experience working with Matthew Marini. He came to our home and guided us through the entire process with professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness. Matthew was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. He made what could have been a difficult and emotional conversation feel comfortable and manageable. We never felt rushed, and he made sure we understood all of our options so we could make the best decisions for our family. We are very happy with the arrangements we made and feel at peace knowing we have made things easier for our daughter in the future. We truly appreciate Matthew’s personable approach and highly recommend him and Krowicki McCracken Funeral Home to anyone considering pre-arrangements.”
