“My dad died in 2021 from Covid. He was in Nevada, and I am in Oregon, so I was very concerned it would be a nightmare to handle (travel bans in place, plus I have an immune condition myself) . They were quick and efficient, and made everything simple, which was extremely appreciated, as I was exhausted, had never been through a death like this, and was the only person to handle the arrangements. They offered aquamation; my father was in the Navy and loved the water, so this was a nice tribute (they made sure to mention his service record in the death certificate as well). This review is late, but I wanted to add it. Thank you for being compassionate and not over-complicating an already difficult situation.”

“They suck. My loved one was not handled in a timely manner. Not sent where she said she would be for cremation nor in the time frame they said she would be. They communicated great until we paid in full then they were done. A month later and still haven’t gotten the death certificate. Margarita talked to me the whole time but once I let her know I wasn’t happy with the care my sister was being handled with all of a sudden she could only speak to the next of kin. I handled the arrangements from day 1 though.”
