“Horrible lady on the phone. My x husband passed away and I had a very simple question and she bluntly said I will not get a death certificate and only his son will. IF that is not ugly WOW She does not even know the circumstances. I had asked if she could give me the location of his death and finally I got she does not know, Since then I found out from another source. She also said the certificates were not in yet and they take 2-3 weeks. OK, fair. BUT wow. Just went off on me without any information. My X husband and I were friends after our divorce so there was zero animosity between us so for a stranger to be so rude is stunning. HORRIBLE service. Death is bad enough!”
