“Jernigan-Warren was the best of the best. I called multiple funeral homes in Fayetteville area and Margaret was the most compassionate, caring and helpful of them all. They made sure we had everything we needed, they communicated well, and made my sister's celebration as perfect as could be. They delivered and set up all the flowers, created the most beautiful pamphlet and helped us stay organized and structured throughout the service. My sister would have loved it. Thank you Margaret and team for all you did to help us during this difficult and trying time. We appreciate you all more than you know!”
“This place is a truly 5 star service you can give to your love one. They took care of everything from the hospital to the funeral service to doing all the necessary paperwork to fly my mother back to Philippines to her resting place. This far the best in this kind to handle a proper last respect for my mother. R.I.P. Ma Carmencita Estardo!”
“We didn't have a terrible experience with the funeral Home. However, we requested only cremation. No services as our father wished. It was not disclosed to us that he would be sent out to another facility for cremation bc JW had burned their facility. They charged us a total of $3500 for a simple cremation. Unfortunately, a short 3 weeks later, our mother also passed. We had her taken to Cape Fear Crematorium and they informed us that they had also received our dad and done his cremation for JW. The cost for mom at CF cremation was $1600. We wish we had known considering we paid $2000 more for the same exact service! And the manager wouldn't speak with my husband nor even entertain a partila discount after we found this information out! We are already grieving, and we feel they are taking advantage of us during such a vulnerable and sad time of our lives losing both parents. We just want people to be informed. They are nice there but be informed that you are getting the same service for triple the cost!”
“This is the first time that I had to handle burying a parent, my mom handled my dad's funeral 30 years ago. Margaret was amazing, compassionate and very knowledgeable. She helped me through the process and was always communicative. I would definitely recommend JW for their thoughtfulness, professionalism and compassion.”
“Top notch experience. Losing a loved one is one of the hardest things we experience in this life. They made the business side of it, simple and Painless. We are very grateful for Ben and the team !”
