“Unprofessional. Lied about the process of cremating my daughter. I found another person's name written inside the ashes. I asked for proof that those ashes belong to my daughter. It took 6 years just to get a copy of the cremation certificate.y family has used Jackman since 1980's but Chris Hensley is not part of the Jackman legacy just operating off the well known local funeral homes former name. He's a liar, told me he waited while she was cremated. An employee picked her up the following day. Would not send me any paperwork after repeatedly asking for years. If anything goes wrong don't expect an honest answer from him or his employees. I think I have someone else's ashes and 0 help from the funeral home and crematory. Greater Cincinnati crematory DBA greater Cincinnati funeral trade and now changed names to GT funeral trade. Neither company has a competent owner.”
