“Robert and his staff were great from the hospital all the way to the cemetery. They treated us with dignity and respect. We felt like we were dealing with family that really cared about us and our dearly departed loved one. Thank you Humphrey funeral services. I would give you 10 stars if I could. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“When my husband and I left for Canada for our anniversary trip, the last thing I would imagine is that I would be returning alone. I had just kissed exclaimed " I love you! We have a wonderful life" and the next thing I knew he was gone. Absolutely devastated and in shock , family was trying to get me home, but how could I leave without Donnie. That's when I got a phone call from Jim Bob Humphrey that was a "God send" . He said don't worry about Donnie, I will get him home. He explain that he had connections in Canada & was in the process of making arrangements already. My husband's family requested a viewing & service in his home town, but he wanted to be cremated and I wanted his service in Russellville where we lived. Jim Bob and his staff coordinated Donnie's return to the USA, acted as liaison to the funeral home in his hometown for the first service, coordinated his cremation & his return to Russellville for the second service. And what a beautiful service it was! (Even friends that were unable to make his service were able to view it online.) I truly could not have accomplished all that needed to be done without their compassionate and caring attention to every detail. Throughout it all, they treated me like family and they will always have a place in my heart for helping me through some of the most difficult days of my life.”
“With pride, dignity, and total respect for our family, Humphery's Funeral Service has been a part of laying to rest my beloved father and my wife. Upon both occasions they were there. I lost my Dad on Christmas Eve they were there within a short time. I will say a year and s half later when I was met by the loss of my wife, I made one call and everything was being addressed. Both situations were expected but not planned. Jim Bob was there with a honest and high quality service. I would considered him a friend and would invite in my home anytime. Integrity Nolan Edwards”

“The staffing made the process so easy for me while I was hurting from the loss of my wife. They were very professional and courteous answered all of my questions and left no doubt about the funeral arrangements. I want to thank the staff and especially Robert. Bless all of you!!!!”
