“Everyone at Hoffmann Schneider & Kitchen were remarkable! From start with meeting with Adam & Theresa they made us all feel so comfortable & really listened to our request. The wake to the funeral mass to the cemetery were all seem less. I want to thank all employees for your support. My Mom would be very happy with this send off.🙏🏻”
“We want to extend a special thank you to Renee especially, and Morgan, Theresa, and Adam. All of the staff at HSK were very professional, but never cold or insensitive. They are compassionate, wildly detail-oriented and thoughtful, and it is evident that they care about and are passionate about what they do. We appreciated the small things they never overlooked, like printing address labels for our thank-you letters and sending a letter opener for letters we received. We talk often about how great our experience was. They prioritize respect and dignity of the deceased and continuously checked in with us throughout services to make sure everything was to our liking. What an amazing group of people. We are so glad we chose HSK. Thank you, Renee, Morgan, Theresa, and Adam!”
“My mother’s funeral services were planned with such ease and care thanks to Hoffman Schneider and Kitchen funeral home. They guided us through every step and made us feel truly supported. We felt confident that our mom was in compassionate, caring hands. The entire experience was professional comforting, and it was clear that honoring my mom was their top priority.”
“Theresa was empathetic, professional and organized. Fortunately, my parents had previously planned many of the specifics, which lightened the load during a time of grief. Theresa guided us through the remaining decisions. The resources provided (e.g., binders with choices) made it easy. There were a couple of small upsale pitches which we declined. We were on a rather tight time schedule and Theresa was available for questions throughout the weekend. The visitation, funeral Mass and burial service went off without a hitch.”
“Theresa did a wonderful job of going through all of the arrangements and carrying them out to plan. Made some good suggestions and seemed very compassionate to our needs. The one negative comment I would interject was the fact that I’m guessing the time was no later than 9:00 AM (the same morning as Dad’s passing) and there was a gentleman from Hoffman already calling wanting to see if we could meet for arrangements that same day. My Mom was rather disturbed by that. A little more time to mourn and reflect would’ve been nice. We proceeded to tell the caller that we were in no position at that time to schedule an appointment to make arrangements. Outside of that, we had no complaints with how everything was handled. Top notch!”
