Heritage Memorial Services is more than a business, it’s a blessing. My family has used their help twice in the past for both my grandparents’ funeral services and each time we’ve returned because of the excellent care and service we received. They had Buddhist services and every detail was as it needed to be. Both of them looked wonderful and were treated with such respect. We really appreciated it at such a difficult time. Joe and Elizabeth made sure everything ran smoothly and looked beautiful. Cesar especially, treated us as though we were family and we could see that they took real pride in their work. Sadly we are in need of funeral services again, and this time it was my turn to do the planning. Despite how busy mortuaries have been with Covid and the many restrictions that come with it, Cesar made us feel at ease. He stayed on top of every detail and walked me through each step of the planning process. He has been the bright spot in this terrible situation and we are so lucky to have him in our corner. Thank you so much to him and his wonderful staff.

As anyone could imagine the death of a love one is very stressful as well as emotional. Corey and Julia made the entire process free of stress, answered all of my questions and concerns during this difficult period. I have encourage family and friends to inquire about pre planned and pre paid services as this also made the whole process more manageable. I would highly recommend Heritage Memorial Services.

My husband and I choose Heritage Memorial Service after the kind and compassionate way they handled my Mother in law's passing. When my husband passed I experienced the same level of kindness.

The staff were so kind and helpful with all my questions. On the day of the funeral the staff person delivering my mom’s ashes was so professional and made our experience so much easier.

I am working as board and care facility administrator and one of our residents just passed today June 18th, 2023 and Hospice Nurse called the Heritage Office at around 8:50 AM and spoke with Tanya. She said waiting time is approximately 2 hours. Up until now at 3:48 PM (current time) the remains of our resident is still here in his room. Its almost 7hours of waiting! HERITAGE TEAM, please show some RESPECT & PROFESSIONALISM! We’ve been connected with other Mortuary, but by far, you’re the WORST MORTUARY EVER! I hope our resident remains will be picked up within the day tho. If not, just let us know if you want us to just drop him off to your place which is 5min drive only.

How honors are coordinated

Military funeral honors are guaranteed at no cost for any veteran discharged under conditions other than dishonorable. The funeral home arranges the honors detail by contacting the deceased's last unit or the nearest active-duty installation of the appropriate branch and submitting the DD-214 to verify eligibility.

For requests less than 72 hours from service time, families can call the Department of Defense's expedited honors line at 1-877-MIL-HONR (1-877-645-4667). See the full honors protocol.
