10 star rating should be an option! Many thanks to Carl, Kim and staff for taking such wonderful care of all our needs during such a difficult time in our lives. They did a great job honoring the life of our beloved husband and father, Harvey Ashburn. We could not have asked for anything more, they exceeded our expectations. They were kind, curtious and very professional. They loved him too and it showed. We will always hold them in high regards and recommend them to anyone that needs their services. Thank you to everyone at Lambert's for truly being there for us. Sincerely, Martha Ashburn Gail and Zack Richardson Family and Friends

Carl and Kim are the nicest people. They truly care about the families they serve. My mom had very limited insurance and they gave her the most beautiful funeral. They were so helpful when she went in to preplan her funeral. I hope you will considered them when you are looking for a funeral home. You will not be disappointed. They are not enough kind words to say about them.

How honors are coordinated

Military funeral honors are guaranteed at no cost for any veteran discharged under conditions other than dishonorable. The funeral home arranges the honors detail by contacting the deceased's last unit or the nearest active-duty installation of the appropriate branch and submitting the DD-214 to verify eligibility.

For requests less than 72 hours from service time, families can call the Department of Defense's expedited honors line at 1-877-MIL-HONR (1-877-645-4667). See the full honors protocol.
