“Not enough compliments to give the team in Port Clinton. Toughest moment in my life and they made everything seamless. Caring and kind. No pressure for services we didn’t want. Truly care - genuinely about their customers and their needs, before, during and after. Thanks Mitch and Team.”
“Compassionate, caring, personal service from Walker and Henry Walker in particular. They were there to think of everything, highly recommend.”
“Dear Mr. Walker, My apologies it was errors in the last review. I am writing to express my concern regarding your reply to my review, and the inconsistent handling of my third-party urns. Initially, your company accepted them. Yesterday Walker funeral home denied returning them upon you asking my father's wife to ask me to remove a Google review post. After filling a complaint and making a review. Two of the three urns in question reappeared, which I was previously unaware of until filing a report. The urns that reappeared were among those your company claimed not to accept. The fact that your company sought removal of the review suggests that there is truth to my claims. Furthermore, if your company does not accept third-party urns, it is unclear why two of the five urns were filled while three were retained. As I have stated previously, the customer service experience was subpar, and it appears that your company is attempting to coerce me into removing the review by withholding my urns. Currently, the urns are not being filled or and not being returned due to my refusal to remove the post, with your company claiming they are being given to my father's wife. Who didn’t pay for them or have anything to do with the urns. Additionally, if you do not fill third-party urns, I have provided pictures with the two URNS FROM AMAZON A THIRD PARTY COMPANY that Walker Funeral Homes in Walnut Hills, located at 2625 Gilbert Ave, filled. I also possess the receipt (sticky note giving to us by your host) from your funeral home with my father(the deceased) name stating they were filled., which I will be uploading subsequently.”
“I can’t say enough good things about this funeral home, which my family has used for many decades and is currently using for my mom’s funeral and burial. Tina, the head funeral director and administrative assistant, is incredibly helpful and truly empathetic. She has significantly eased the stress of this planning. Thank you, Tina, and your entire team!”
“I cannot say enough how pleased we were using GWW funeral home in Port Clinton. Tina and staff were amazing and accommodating to all our requests. They were compassionate and helped us through this difficult process.”
