“The family members are the nicest, funeral home operators you will ever meet. I have been to many services there for family members and friends. They always show such respect for those who have passed away, for family members and others who attend services. The facilities are well located and perfect for services. Greenville is a wonderful town.”
“As always, Gary's did a great job with my Grandma's funeral. Very kind, professional and courteous. Thank you Gary's for your excellent service during a very difficult time.”
“Absolutely terrible! I attended a funeral there yesterday, July 7, 2016. The funeral was for a lady formally from Greenville and recently from Lexington, Ky. The weather was stormy and during the funeral the electric went off, the entrance door blew open and no one closed it. When the service was complete one of the employees, I believe his name was John, came in the chapel. He was dressed in an off white suit which appeared to have been slept in! He almost threw to flowers in the Hearst with a don't care attitude. He was the one who drove the Hearst to the cemetery . At the cemetery, he was cold and uncaring, he rushed the family away. I would never use this facility nor would I recommend it to anyone. I really hated to rate this as a one but that was as low as I could go. The obituary finally showed up on their web page twenty four hours after the burial! Terrible, terrible, terrible!”
“They made a very difficult time, very comfortable and basically easy for my family. Highly recommend”
