“Terrible experience. After my dad passed, I arranged for his body to be picked up. Days went by with no clear communication. Mr. Brown missed our scheduled call, promised to follow up, and never did. Over a week passed, and I still didn’t know the cost or next steps. When I called for help, I was met with rudeness and zero empathy. To make it worse, they gave my personal number to another customer without my permission. I eventually had to transfer my dad to another funeral home. If you’re grieving and want your loved one treated with dignity, do not go here.”
