Allen Fletcher and their staff in Fountain Inn were wonderful! About 13 years ago, my grandfather and grandmother passed within 7 weeks of each other. All of their arrangements were with Fletcher in Fountain Inn, and the family was treated with great respect and taken care of wonderfully. From that moment, my parents decided when it was their time to go, they wanted to be taken to Fletcher. My father passed a few weeks back. Again, the service from everyone was wonderful. Thank you, Mr. Allen for taking care of Dad and our family needs during this time! If I could, I'd give more stars, but 5 is the most with Google.

God bless the owners. I realized I never had an opportunity to leave a review. I lost my sister October of 2023 unexpectedly. My parents were inconsolable so it was up to myself and my other sister to figure things out. Trying to grieve and plan a funeral at the same time was the hardest thing I've ever had to do so far in my life. We had no clue what all a funeral entailed and the owner took great care of us. It was such a beautiful service. Everything was so perfect.

Flecher funeral & cremation service has done such an amazing job with helping me and my family lay my dear mother to rest. The communication was perfect he was understanding and patient with us. They went above and beyond to respect our family wishes while taking care of my mother with such car. I will forever be thankful for how things turned out.

Overall my family and I felt very supported and welcomed by Fletchers after the death of my mother. Others in the family have worked with them before and I can see why. I will say I was disappointed that they failed to post my mother’s obituary for almost a week (and only did so after I called to remind them). The urn I received was absolutely gorgeous but did show some chipping after a few weeks and I was told they could get me another (which I really didn’t ask for or expect, I was just making them aware) yet it’s been another few weeks and no one has reached out to me about it. I’m sure they didn’t intend to but a couple of times it did seem like my mom was less priority because we did not opt for a regular service. This was just my experience. But I would still like to thank Fletchers for everything and I would recommend them.

I can not say enough kind words about Allan and his entire staff. When my beautiful sister very unexpectantly passed away, Allan was there for us every step of the way saying our final goodbyes. As difficult as the process was for our family, Allen showed nothing but respect to our loved one and our entire family. I would absolutely recommend Fletcher to anyone in this unfortunate situation. Thank you from the Lindsey/Loftin/Thawley Family.

How honors are coordinated

Military funeral honors are guaranteed at no cost for any veteran discharged under conditions other than dishonorable. The funeral home arranges the honors detail by contacting the deceased's last unit or the nearest active-duty installation of the appropriate branch and submitting the DD-214 to verify eligibility.

For requests less than 72 hours from service time, families can call the Department of Defense's expedited honors line at 1-877-MIL-HONR (1-877-645-4667). See the full honors protocol.
