The funeral director was robotic, she did not listen to instructions regarding obituary placement which resulted in astronomical upcharges for my family, there was no quiet background music during the viewing or the funeral, no help at all regarding flowers, immediate family was offered tiny bottles of water in a beach cooler behind a wall during the viewing, there were crazy expensive charges for a limousine, funeral procession, and staff to handle a funeral procession that was not even planned because the decedent was being cremated, charges for a van for flower transportation or something that also wasn't part of the equation...I could go on and on. I'm sure my dad and my sister have additional complaints I've not listed here. Save yourself from further grief - find another funeral home.”
