“My experience at El Camino Memorial has been nothing but pleasant. One can never really prepare to lose a loved one. At 25 years old, I was dealing with a never-ending list of things I had to do with the passing of my mother, Mary Ann. I had my mom transferred from San Diego Funeral Services due to poor customer relations. It was the best decision I could've made. All I had to do was tell Tisha and Kim what I wanted and they moved mountains for my brothers and I. I will forever be grateful for them. I don't know how many times I've told Kim that she is amazing. She always kept me updated and was responsive to my texts and calls even off-duty hours! As an Active Duty Servicemember, my time was very limited to take care of what I needed to do before returning Overseas and it couldn't have been done without them.
