“My mom was completely mutilated, we were assured that she would look the way she did when we saw her she was unrecognizable and I honestly think we should have been charged a direct cremation but wasn’t … it was so bad the funeral director Laurie slid us a note during the funeral ( stating she would take off money due to the preparation) .. which we found insensitive and unprofessional… it was so bad no cost should have been incurred”
