“I am writing this tears rolling down my face. Caroline made one of the saddest days of my life become the most beautiful celebration of life. My father had to be flown to Massachusetts from Alabama. Caroline arranged for a police escort once back in Massachusetts, my father would of absolutely loved this. He then went on to be buried at Bourne National Cemetery with full military honors. When the military personnel handed me my fathers flag, Caroline had arranged for my brother to also receive a flag. I can't express enough how eloquently the entire process was handled. From start to finish, Caroline made a situation I had no idea how to manage as easy as losing a loved one could be. I thank you and will be forever grateful to you, Caroline. You are truly a gift.”
“I am deeply grateful of the care, assistance, and services that Devanny-Condron provided our family during a terribly difficult time. Caroline Sullivan was welcoming and very understanding of our needs from the initial meeting, the funeral service, and the cremation ceremony. All our question were answered with clarity and kindness. Her empathy greatly helped us navigate what had been a devastating and unexpected loss in our family.”
“Caroline and the staff at Devanny-Condron were incredibly helpful during one of the most difficult times of my life. Caroline was caring and empathetic while also being attentive to my requests. She handled everything from arranging the funeral mass and service, to ordering flowers and even finding a bagpiper that I requested. There was nothing I had to worry about. Caroline also put together a beautiful video memorial of my wife to play at the service and even provided me with multiple copies of it at no charge. I can't say enough good things about them and would highly recommend them.”
“Caroline was wonderful to work with, she made a horrible time in our lives a little easier by being kind, sympathetic, patient, and knowledgeable. The service was done so well, and it was so personal. Even after everything was over all my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. We found everyone respectful and compassionate.”
“I first heard Caroline give a talk to some residents about 8 years ago and I was impressed, so when my Dad passed away I went to Devanny-Condron without hesitation. As impressed as I was with Caroline back then, I am even more so now. She listens when you talk about your loved one(s) and prepares the perfect readings/poems and pays close attention to the smallest detail. Mark is wonderful and they work great together as a team. Thank you Caroline and Mark. You helped make a very difficult time go much easier. Sharon S.”
