It was a large service and, instead of having a recessional to usher the guests out, they called the family up to give their final goodbyes. The grieving spouse was made to be a spectacle with hundreds of eyes watching. Guests should have been ushered out first and the family given a private moment for the final goodbye. This used to a better mortuary. The new staff need to study etiquette and learn some decorum.”
