“In February of this year, I had to make the decision to put my pet Yorkie down because of health issues. She'd been with me 15 yrs. I couldn't see burying her so I entrusted her final care to the cremation society. They kind, caring and served me well during that difficult time. The customer care was above and beyond, even after all was said and done, I received a follow up call to how I was moving forward with my baby, Precious. I called on a Sunday, wondering if this was the place my father had his pre arrangements, to my surprise, it wasn’t, Nathaniel went in just to check the system for me. I couldn’t stop thinking about that, after calling around and still no luck, I decided to call back and set up the arrangements with them. I’m really glad I did. They were all such a blessing, during the hardest time of my life. They made this process so smooth, they showed patience and so much compassion. From sending monthly messages with tips of grieving, they even sent a text when it was my father’s birthday! It was so sweet! When they say they are there for you boy do they mean it.
