“During one of the hardest times our family experienced, Connor & Koch was there with kindness and compassion; from coming to receive mom to laying her to rest their professionalism was top notch. They honored both my father and mother. They brought them back in the most special visual memorial as people came to pay their respects by bringing in antique tools for my dad and Girl Scouts cookie boxes for mom and created life story dedications. They produce the most special photo memory books for sharing signatures and the memories of others. And the obituary memory booklets produced, are beautiful. They were able to take dad's flannel shirts and created Teddy Bears for all the grands. They called to check up on us weeks after the funeral and sent special regards to us on the anniversary of both their birth and passing. I could not recommend them more.”
