“When my Mother passed away in April, Collierville Funeral home was so helpful and caring. Mr. Hargis explained the process, helped us with choices, and worked with the Veteran's Cemetery for the burial. Responses to email questions were prompt. On the day of Mom's funeral, Mr. Hargis and a colleague arrived promptly and stayed throughout the funeral Mass and burial, explaining the process every step of the way. The presentation was excellent, my mother looked very peaceful at the viewing. I highly recommend Collierville Funeral Home.”
“Absolutely EXCELLENT care given to our family during this tragic time. From the removal of our beloved mom, through the weeks leading up to her services and especially to ease our burdens during the service ALL of their staff was caring, efficient and competent. I had used a different service for my own mom a few years previous and it was a lot of work and confusion for me. Dignity had everything streamlined with clear instructions and always available for our questions and extra needs. They gave us a helpful bag filled with information, a garment bag for clothing needed and even a thumb drive for picture storage. I just received a lovely photo book surprise from the beautiful picture slideshow that they made for the service as well. THANK YOU to all who helped us! Only improvement I could suggest is to mention that sharing the website with all friends to encourage them to leave remembrances would then all be printed in the book that I was a nice surprise. I wish now that I'd had all of their kind words in it. And I want everyone to know that because EVERY one has sinned we will all die BUT the gift of God is eternal life for all who recognize and repent of sins then put their trust in the perfection of Jesus Christ. Don't wait another minute!”
“My father’s memorial service held on 3/2/23 at Collierville Funeral Home was absolutely beautiful and professionally done - from the in-house florist service, tribute table, slide show, and reception arrangement. The staff, Gary, Tharen, Randy, Carla, and Beth gave much attention to details. Our family was very pleased and we highly recommend this facility.”
“I recently lost my youngest son and our family chose Collierville Funeral Home, primarily due to the proximity for all. We were immediately put at ease by Gary Taylor, the Director, and would like to commend him and his staff for a job well done in a very trying time, full of pain and grief for my son's family and me. I would highly recommend anyone who suffers a loss of a loved one to use this funeral home. They did not disappoint us in any way and was always there for comfort, to answer questions and give advice or guidance if asked. We could not have been more satisified with their service and how the services were handled. Sincerely, Herbert Evans.”
“Collierville Funeral Home is the perfect place to trust with your loved ones. They are very professional and caring about the needs for the deceased and the family involved. They go out of their way to comfort you and help with any details you need. They were the perfect choice in caring for my parents and they will do the same for you.”
