Excellent customer service--overall great experience. We worked with Eric after a family member passed away recently, and he was kind, genuine, and friendly. We felt he not only respected us, but also the memory of our loved one and was thorough and patient but not pushy. We will be recommending them to anyone we know who needs their services in the future. Thank you Eric and the Clark Funeral Services team!

When you want great service. And people who care try Clark funeral home. When my mother passed away 18 year's ago that was there from the beginning to the end.I just want to say to the Clark funeral home thanks for making things easy for us. You helped us make the right decision. My family stand with you and we would always come back.

Never have I encountered such unprofessional, uncaring, and sleuth-like service in my life. I had to call over 5 times and show up in person just to reach someone. You would think in such a difficult time that someone whose job relies on it, could be compassionate and understanding, or at the very least, "available" at the scheduled posted hours. Or return a phone call. Once your loved one is taken here, be prepared to lower your expectations.

On behalf of our entire family, I want to express our gratitude to Clark Funeral Home for your kindness and skill in handling the arrangements for our loved one. You brought comfort to the family in a range of ways difficult to count, but easy to appreciate. It takes special people to do what you do and you certainly do it with style and professionalism. Even though it was a powerful closure for us. Our loss and the reality of it is just setting in — sometimes I feel it gets harder every day. I do take comfort in knowing we gave our loved one the best ending possible, thanks to you and your staff.

Mr. Clark arranged for our brother ' s ashes to be shipped from Clearwater, Florida to Clark's Funeral home here in Kannapolis. There interaction between the two funeral directors could not have been better. Everything was perfect and could not have asked for anything better. This was several years ago and people are still talking about what a wonderful job Mr. Clark and staff did.

How honors are coordinated

Military funeral honors are guaranteed at no cost for any veteran discharged under conditions other than dishonorable. The funeral home arranges the honors detail by contacting the deceased's last unit or the nearest active-duty installation of the appropriate branch and submitting the DD-214 to verify eligibility.

For requests less than 72 hours from service time, families can call the Department of Defense's expedited honors line at 1-877-MIL-HONR (1-877-645-4667). See the full honors protocol.
