“Losing my brother was a very difficult time for my family but the entire team made the planning process easy and less stressful. Billy and I were on a first name basis. I could text him anytime I needed something or had questions and he responded immediately. Billy walked us through the process of planning the services with patience and kindness. The attention to detail was exceptional, playing music that my brother loved, a video of pictures, and the room was set up beautifully with sports memorabilia, the beach, antiques, and photography equipment to remind us of the things my brother loved. We are forever grateful for their kindness and dedication.”
“Staff at Callahan Fay were very attentive to detail and, we felt we always had their undivided attention. Very impressive personal displays throughout the funeral home captured the life and interests of the deceased. Because this was an out of Massachusetts death there were many things to consider. Felicia and staff at Callahan Fay were very knowledgeable and made this part of the services much easier for us. A difficult time was made lighter because of Callahan Fay’s professionalism.”

“Losing a loved one is one of the hardest things a person can go through. The team at Callahan, Fay & Caswell Funeral Home did everything they could to make a it painless, seamless & perfect experience. We had the pleasure of working with Kristen Russell-May, whose personal touches showcased who my mother was to everyone who attended her wake. It was so thoughtful & special that not only did it make us so happy but everyone in attendance commented on how wonderful it was. The entire experience was top notch from start to finish. From the streaming photos on the TVs, the gorgeous colorful brochures featuring her obituary & family photos to the scenes strategically placed around the room sharing her favorite things, it was perfect. Professional, compassionate and personal, which is all you can hope for when you find yourself in this position. Not only would I recommend them to anyone finding themselves in need of a place to send off their loved ones but I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future. Thank you to everyone who helped us through such a difficult time.”
“It's difficult to put into words the experience I as well as the rest of my family had at an extremely difficult time when our 61 year old brother passed. From the minute I heard from John Plewa I knew we were in good hands. John was a true professional in everything he did. He treated everything as if it were his own family member. He made us feel so special from the first moment we met him until our final goodbyes. I never had to wonder where we should be or what we should be doing. He took care of everything. The biggest surprise to all of us was when we showed up for the wake and Felicia had literally captured our brother's life everywhere you looked. To have these two from Callahan Fay turn something so sad into such a beautiful memorial to our brother was priceless. We will never forget. Thank you from The Keating Family.”
