“I’m incredibly grateful for the care and compassion we received from Bravo Family Mortuary during one of the hardest times in our lives. Kim was especially wonderful. She guided my sister and me through every step of the process with patience, kindness, and professionalism. Losing our mom was overwhelming, but Kim took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt supported the entire way. She didn’t just handle the arrangements—she also offered genuine emotional support and understanding when we needed it most. Thank you for helping us honor our mom with dignity and for treating our family with such compassion. We truly appreciate everything you did for us.”
“The Bravo Family Mortuary is a Class Act. My experience there was incredible. They took the fear and anxiety away from having to blindly navigate the process of American post mortem traditions and were a light on its dark path. Their iteration of a modern mortuary feels like an extension of home. Comfortable / Clean / Inviting. They have designed the space and furnishings in a way that isn't oppressive, antiquated or cliché. Its a beautiful place that feels safe and fosters community and helped us elevate our occasion to the true meaning of Celebration Of Life From the onset of my need for answers and guidance, co-owner Steve Olsher made me feel confident in my choice to remit care of my father to them. All of their staff that worked on our services were helpful and always a step ahead. They allowed for communication to be easy and made the entire process smooth, seamless and somehow less scary. I had the fortune of having Penny as our funeral director. I feel lucky and blessed to have worked with her and the team (Kara & Zoe). Its like the 'something thats gteater and unseen' guided me in their direction. Everything in its right place. The level of empathy & compassion we were served exceeded my expectations exponentially. At a time of deep grief when life feels fragile and brief, and I'm floating in a most peculiar way, and the stars look very different today... Having just buried my father yesterday, I truly hope you don’t need to call a funeral home or mortuary any time soon, but when that day comes I hope my review inspires you to look further into taking your business and your loved one to Bravo. Steve, Penny, Kara, Jennifer and all the folks at BFM: from the very bottom of that place where our veins meet, my family thanks you.”
“We used Bravo Family Mortuary in Feb 2025 when my husband's mother passed away. We were somewhat caught off guard with the whirlwind of what was happening, and I happened to see an advertisement for Bravo. I called, and everyone was super caring, sympathetic, friendly, and helpful. They were able to assist with transport of the deceased, coordination of the necessary services, death certificate, social security notification, and permit for the ashes. We found the process to be easy and fairly quick, which is all we could ask for during such a difficult time. We highly recommend them, and we wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.”
“Steve, Thank you and your staff for the professionalism demonstrated during the funeral service for my brother in law. We greatly appreciate your assistance throughout our most stressful days. Everything was beautifully organized and the inside of the mortuary was set-up perfect. From the entrance, to the service area, family break-room, everything was so beautiful. Steve and Kara were great to work with. Very caring and helpful. On behalf of our family, we thank you again for everything. It was a good experience during one of the hardest times.”
“The whole team is amazing! Thank you so much for being so patient and understanding when we needed it the most. I used Bravo Family Mortuary recently to say our last goodbyes to my mom, they were responsive, kind, and affordable.”
