“My mother died suddenly and Baldauff's was very responsive, kind and caring. They walked me through the entire process and were extremely respectful not only of my family but of my mother. In such a difficult time I was very grateful with their thoughtfulness and professionalism. One thing I liked very much is that they have an onsite crematorium. Somehow that made me feel comforted and it seemed more personal. They offer to let the family view the body before cremation. It is not required but I thought that was a very special touch for those who would like to say a final goodbye to their loved one. I could not be happier with their service and I felt my mom and our family was in good hands.”
“Horrible Experience – No Compassion at All This funeral home owner refused services for my deceased uncle because we did not choose their full package and only need a memorial service, As a result, my uncle was left lying on the floor from noon until 7 PM like a piece of trash. There was absolutely no sympathy or respect shown. We were treated with racial discrimination and suffered psychological mistreatment during an already devastating time. The owner even told me he was “not interested,” as if we were talking about servicing a car, not saying goodbye to a human being. Completely unprofessional and heartless. Do not use this place if you want to give a proper farewell to your loved one. This place is disgusting.”
“Was very disappointed with service from they did not put all pictures that were on usb. During ceremony could not stop music on tv. So when we stopped it to have the pastor talk it restarted the video it was all messed up didn’t get to hear all the songs. An they rushed us out with only a 30 minute funeral. Then went to cemetery a the preacher did his stuff prayed an I did a poem. Then before anyone could speak about mom. The guy from the funeral home cut the graveside service.”
