“Beth has no business being a funeral director. She lacks compassion and attention to detail. I had to correct her spelling and date accuracy on very important documents. Zero attention to detail. She allowed what was supposed to be a two-week process take four weeks due to zero follow-up. I had to intervene in the process and project manage her and her “secretary” to get anything done. I would never recommend this funeral home or if you must use them, ask for Tiffany. Tiffany seemed professional and empathetic. I was highly disappointed that Beth handled an extremely devastating process.
