“My father passed away in 2002 and Adams-Green pulled through just as expected. They had worked with both of my parents years earlier (decades actually) in the prepayment of their funeral arrangements, and provided the recommendation of a law firm to arrange their wills and create a living trust. They supported me when I found it necessary to use the "pull" of personal friends in bypassing a weeks-long delay in scheduling the service with Arlington National Cemetery due to an existing backlog. They came to the rescue at every turn with the preparation of media notifications, the memorial service itself, and the transportation of all to Arlington. Adams-Green's detail in prior planning, and flexibility in execution, resulted in the performance of a funeral service that, to this day, I look back upon and smile. Thank you so very much.”
“When my family member passed away, there was no doubt of where the funeral services will be. After using Adams-Green for another family member years ago, I knew I would be in good hands with AG if I went back. I worked with Brittany who was amazing at her job. She did a great job organizing everything for my family, especially coordinating the travel for my deceased loved one for burial out-of-state and with the other funeral home. I know nobody wants to ever be in the position to work with a funeral home, but if you do, I highly recommend working with Brittany at AG. A true professional in her occupation.”
“You never want to have to use the services of a funeral home for a loved one. The passing of someone you care about is traumatic, and on top of all the feelings and emotions that come along with this event, you also have to make the decision of how to lay your loved one to rest. Having unfortunately had to recently go through this process for my mom, I can safely say that I am fully satisfied with my decision to choose Adams-Green. The funeral director, Brittany, was compassionate and understanding from the outset with the difficult choices for this process. I never once felt rushed or taken advantage of in the slightest, with Brittany being entirely transparent on pricing and what to expect. Brittany, and additionally other staff members like Rich as well, are professionals who know how to take care of families going through a difficult time. Know that if you ever have to go through this process, Adams-Green will treat your loved one with the respect and dignity they deserve.”
“My father passed suddenly right before Christmas and Dana and the other folks at Adams-Green were amazing. They guided us through everything and were so caring and respectful of our family as we processed our grief and shock. I cannot say enough about the impeccible level of service we recieved.”
“When I lost my young son earlier this month, we were plunged into a world of difficult decisions and family concerns regarding the service. When I found Adams-Green and began working with Bill and his team, it got a lot easier from a logistics standpoint. They coordinated with the church, another funeral home on transfer, handled the state paperwork, obituary, and did everything I could imagine to make the funeral and post-funeral stuff as easy as possible. The pricing was straightforward and quite reasonable, and they stuck to it. No surprises, no pressure ever. I can tell you we weren't the easiest people to work with either, so I'll give them kudos for not getting sucked into the drama. Just understanding, pleasant, professional people who took great care of my son, especially the cosmetician. They earned my trust.”
